Job Overview
We are developing complex digital products and enterprise processes. Business analysis here directly affects what technology teams build. We need someone who can enter a complex domain, structure requirements, map processes and translate them into a concrete backlog for IT teams.
This is not a role for someone who only takes meeting notes. We are looking for an analyst who can challenge assumptions, run workshops, understand technology, collaborate with Product Owners and communicate with developers in a precise, practical way.

- Create functional documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria and process models.
- Run workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Prepare process maps, BPMN/UML diagrams and mockups.
- Collaborate with development, QA, UX, Product and architecture teams.
- Support acceptance testing and solution validation.
- Help the Product Owner manage backlog and priorities.
- Ensure consistency between requirements, processes and user experience.
